What was done
A set of works on the arrangement of HVAC systems for a network of gas stations was completed KLO in Kyiv and Kyiv region, namely: Boryspil, Brovary, Pereyaslav, Vyshneve, Klavdievo-Tarasove, Zabuchchia, Glevakha, Chabany and others.
The stages of design and installation work at different facilities depended on the needs of the facility itself and the customer’s technical specifications. The list of standard works included design, dismantling and reconstruction of old systems, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Pre-design work
We analyzed the structural features of buildings and existing systems, selected equipment and developed energy-efficient solutions for microclimate control.
Design and installation solutions ventilation systems
Supply and exhaust units with plate recuperators manufactured by Roda and Aerostar were installed. The ventilation units are mainly located in the ceiling space of technical rooms. Fresh and clean air is supplied to the sales areas and staff quarters.
Ruck three-stage ducted exhaust fans are used in the bathrooms of the filling stations. In the main halls, exhaust umbrellas with grease traps are installed above the kitchen equipment. The polluted air and odors are removed by Ukrvent centrifugal fans.
Separate centrifugal fans with explosion-proof housing and AIM series motors are provided for gas station pits.
Design and installation solutions heating systems
Panasonic T-CAP Bi-Bloc and Panasonic High Performance Bi-Bloc heat pumps are used for heating and hot water preparation. They operate for heating down to -28 °C and down to -20 °C without reducing heat output. This equipment also has a built-in backup electric heating element and does not require the use of additional heat sources, such as gas or electric boilers.
Neoclima cassette and wall-mounted fan coil units are used as door closers.
Each gas station has its own heat pump station, fully equipped for further operation. The set of equipment and materials, in addition to heat pumps, includes buffer tanks, circulation pumps, three-way valves, ball and drain valves, check valves, thermometers, filters, expansion tanks, hydraulic arrows, distribution manifolds and pipelines.
Most gas stations have inverter split air conditioning systems from Neoclima, Leberg or Haier. Cassette units are mounted in the sales areas, and wall-mounted units in the staff rooms.
Automation and dispatching system
An individual automation system has been developed for each filling station, which provides for precise control of air parameters.
Commissioning and adjustment works
A set of works was carried out to regulate, commission and launch the installed climate systems.
